Yes! You can cancel or edit your pre-order up to 30 days after the date pre-orders opened or until the last day of pre-order. You can do so by contacting us with your order number: https://sprintgg.ca/pages/contact

* Note cancelling order will not refund your 2-3% transaction fee.

As a smaller business, it is hard for us to wait 1-2 months for a return on investment. We normally only have pre-orders on more expensive items for these reasons.

Any other regular in-stock items purchased with your pre-order will be shipped with your pre-order.

We can easily do that for you! Simply contact support with your order number, email used on the order, and the updated address.

Yes, however, they will ship together. This means you may be waiting a while on the other items even if we have them in stock. 

No, we do not combine any pre-order item with other pre-order items or in-stock items. Also, if you do decide to order different items in one order, you will be charger shipping cost per item instead of total.


We ship all orders from NY, USA.

Once an order is received, it will typically be shipped within 1 - 2 business days of receiving the order. Tracking information will be provided upon label creation. Special order items such as pre-orders may take additional processing time. 

Please note, orders do not process during weekends and holidays.

Sometimes USPS and Canada Post marks them as delivered even thought it is not. In this case, please wait 5-7 business days as it usually gets resolved by itself. Please wait at least 5 business days before sending us a message. 

If you are in Canada, you will only have to pay tax during checkout.

If you are in USA, you will not have to pay.

For all other countries, any type of customs/import/VAT fees are to be paid by the customer.


We often don't have exact dates on when items will be arriving until they are closer to arriving. We always update inventory page as soon as we have info on when they will be coming in as well as when they are in stock and available for purchase.

Yes, any item that is not custom/group buy/pre-order items are eligible for refund for up to 14 days. The item must be unused and in brand new condition (Seal must not be broken). Note: You will be responsible for paying shipping back to SprintGG, and will not be refunded the shipping cost in the original order.

Yes, as long as the order is not shipped we will change your shipping address upon request. If the address is change for an international address, there will be additional shipping charges. Please fill out the contact form https://sprintgg.com/pages/contact for address change request.
